Your city has a story.

September 19, 2026 · GetLife Editorial

A good story can begin close to home: an original performance, a local project, a person doing careful work outside the spotlight. Getting to know a place means noticing the people who make it feel alive.

GetLifeTV welcomes story ideas and authorized material for editorial review. Tell us what happened, why it matters and where the facts can be checked. Include the original source, and tell us whether you have permission to share the images or footage.

Selection is editorial and coverage is not guaranteed. A clear, well-supported story gives the newsroom something useful to work with.

ON REPEAT · BREAK · READER REFLECTION

One record. Your own conversation.

Culture becomes personal when we make time to talk about what we hear. Our invitation starts with Gary Carriero’s BREAK and a question for your next conversation: what music belongs in your next chapter?

Ask a friend for a record they keep returning to. Share yours, then listen without trying to agree on everything. Curiosity makes a better conversation than a contest over taste.

If a story grows out of that exchange, write it in your own words. You do not need a public audience for the moment to matter.
